Our Physio Team

We have a small team of two physiotherapists, registered with the HCPC and with many years of experience within the profession. Kath practices acupuncture and has completed an advanced acupuncture course on chronic pain. Our practice is also registered with many different insurance companies but is not BUPA registered. Our physiotherapists attend regular post graduate courses and continue to expand and update their knowledge.

What our clients say

I came to Carolyn on recommendation from a medical friend of mine in the early summer of 2013. An MRI scan revealed I have a number of issues with my spine. My Consultant suggested I try physio first before injections or surgery. From my very first visit to Carolyn for physio I felt there was a big difference. During the time I have been seeing Carolyn, she has helped me to understand what I need to do everyday to help my mobility and relieve pain.

Carolyn has also given me alternative exercises and techniques for the days which are more challenging. I find it empowering to be able to help myself and to have a sense that I am largely in control of my back pain and Carolyn has welcomed that attitude. I also do selected pilates exercises. I still have physio but I feel I am working in partnership with Carolyn to manage my condition. And we are succeeding!

Carolyn Corner Physiotherapy has provided an excellent service for me over the past couple of years. Playing competitive sports I had a variety of injuries ranging from minor strains to major ankle reconstruction that had gone undiagnosed by several physio's before Carolyn established the root cause of my on going ankle instability. Carolyn referred me to an excellent surgeon who specialises in ankle reconstruction and provided continual support throughout even managing the full rehibilitation program back to full fitness. The professional and caring way in which Carolyn has managed my treatment was first class and very supportive. I would highly recommend Carolyn Corner Physiotherapy.
